🌎 You Can't Predict the World, But You Can Decide Who You Become

November 9, 2025

Welcome to the Launchpad!

May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope.

I'm sharing this thought to inspire others during this time of massive change. The older I get the more I realize that I can't change the whole world, but I can change me, and contribute to the change that happens in our world. The solution to the problems I see starts within.

I can choose to be the person who takes care of themselves and their community. This choice will lead to an experience within myself that the world can't take away no matter how volatile the times get. Even in my moments of sadness, my love is still within and after the sadness has passed my love will arise again.

Keep choosing who you want to be each and every day.

🎬 Midweek Reset Highlights

video preview

This past Wednesday's session was all about identifying and eliminating friction, the clutter in our physical and digital spaces, the wasted time in our routines. Check out the recording for a mini-soundbath meditation and guidance on how you can reclaim time and mental energy by reducing friction in your daily systems.

⭐️ Full recap post The recap posts are public, so feel free to share it with a friend if it's helpful.

🤝 Upcoming Connections

You're invited to join us Wednesday, 8pm CT on the live call, Midweek Reset, Nov 12: The Sanctuary of Attention. Attention is currency, whose attention bank are you investing in? Often for many of us, the lack of quiet is stealing our peace and focus. Join this session for strategies to quiet limiting beliefs, anxiety, and external distraction so you can reclaim your mental fuel.

There's live coaching after the lesson so bring your questions and let's detangle them together.😄

If you are not a Patreon member and would like to try out a session register via Eventbrite.

If you're in the Austin area you're invited to join us at The Gospel Brunch for a family-friendly afternoon where we'll share what we're grateful for, worship to gospel's greatest hits, play games, enjoy fantastic food, and build the relationships that help our businesses and community thrive. You never know what divine collaboration might spark!

🙏🏾 May this good news and inspiration bring power to your week.

See you next weekend!

Be well, love yourself & shine bright ✨

December 2, 2025 Welcome to the Launchpad! This week's edition is behind due to migraines. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless. Thank you for your patience. 🙏🏾 May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope. This is one of those I can’t remember where I heard it, but it arrived right on time kind of quotes. As we approach the final stretch of 2025, it’s a common time to review our experiences, integrate what we’ve learned, and prepare for what wants to emerge next....

November 23, 2025 Welcome to the Launchpad! May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope. If there's one durable skill I've noticed as non-negotiable, it's resilience. I refuse to call non-technical skills "soft" anymore. These are the skills that help us endure, and there is nothing soft about them. They take years to cultivate and hone. Being reminded of joy's role in resilience made me grateful for how I've spent my month, dancing the line between effort...

I have a desire to create more harmony, response over reaction, and forward movement on the things that matter to me. And as I start to feel like I'm aligning into that harmony... I sometimes get distracted. What is your relationshp with distraction like? The words for today day...
