🌅 Endings should be crafted as intentionally as beginnings.

December 2, 2025

Welcome to the Launchpad!

This week's edition is behind due to migraines. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless. Thank you for your patience. 🙏🏾 May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope.

This is one of those I can’t remember where I heard it, but it arrived right on time kind of quotes.

As we approach the final stretch of 2025, it’s a common time to review our experiences, integrate what we’ve learned, and prepare for what wants to emerge next.

We pour intention into beginnings: resolutions, plans, fresh starts. But how often do we gift that same care to an ending? To the projects we complete, the chapters we close, the versions of ourselves we’re ready to release?

Consider setting aside some time to gently craft the ending of this year. Not with a rigid review, but with a curious conversation. Here are a few questions I’m sitting with:

  1. What does my inner voice say about how this year is ending?
  2. What versions of myself did I release this year?
  3. What three values do I want to carry into my beginnings for 2026?

As you identify what worked well this year, and what still feels like an uncomfortable, unfinished edge, consider giving yourself the grace of a deliberate closing. Sometimes, a powerful ending is simply about naming the lesson and turning the page.

If you’re feeling called to move from reflection to responsive action, you might enjoy the last Midweek Reset video. I talk about how we can meet persistent challenges with compassion and lead an activity that builds momentum through small, consistent steps.

Feburary 23, 2026 Cheers to a new day Star, Wow, there's a fresh new energy around us! Can you feel it? Something has shifted and I'm feeling very energized and clear. I'll be honest the past two weeks before Feburary 17 (Lunar New Year/ Mardi Gras/Ring of Fire Eclipse) I was not feeling like myself. I was shedding my final year of the wood snake skin and it was my own ego and old idenitity that was connected to all the things I had lost. I know that I am not alone in the mass amount of loss...
