🌅 Endings should be crafted as intentionally as beginnings.

December 2, 2025

Welcome to the Launchpad!

This week's edition is behind due to migraines. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless. Thank you for your patience. 🙏🏾 May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope.

This is one of those I can’t remember where I heard it, but it arrived right on time kind of quotes.

As we approach the final stretch of 2025, it’s a common time to review our experiences, integrate what we’ve learned, and prepare for what wants to emerge next.

We pour intention into beginnings: resolutions, plans, fresh starts. But how often do we gift that same care to an ending? To the projects we complete, the chapters we close, the versions of ourselves we’re ready to release?

Consider setting aside some time to gently craft the ending of this year. Not with a rigid review, but with a curious conversation. Here are a few questions I’m sitting with:

  1. What does my inner voice say about how this year is ending?
  2. What versions of myself did I release this year?
  3. What three values do I want to carry into my beginnings for 2026?

As you identify what worked well this year, and what still feels like an uncomfortable, unfinished edge, consider giving yourself the grace of a deliberate closing. Sometimes, a powerful ending is simply about naming the lesson and turning the page.

If you’re feeling called to move from reflection to responsive action, you might enjoy the last Midweek Reset video. I talk about how we can meet persistent challenges with compassion and lead an activity that builds momentum through small, consistent steps.

November 23, 2025 Welcome to the Launchpad! May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope. If there's one durable skill I've noticed as non-negotiable, it's resilience. I refuse to call non-technical skills "soft" anymore. These are the skills that help us endure, and there is nothing soft about them. They take years to cultivate and hone. Being reminded of joy's role in resilience made me grateful for how I've spent my month, dancing the line between effort...

I have a desire to create more harmony, response over reaction, and forward movement on the things that matter to me. And as I start to feel like I'm aligning into that harmony... November 9, 2025 Welcome to the Launchpad! May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope. The beautiful full moon from my backyard. I'm sharing this thought to inspire others during this time of massive change. The older I get the more I realize that I can't change the whole world, but I can change me, and contribute to the change that happens in our world. The solution to the problems I see starts within. I can choose to be the person who takes care of...
