May this message and good news be fuel to your fire of purpose, care, and hope.
As the season's change my desire to change is coming along with it. I have a desire to create more harmony, response over reaction, and forward movement on the things that matter to me. And as I start to feel like I'm aligning into that harmony... I sometimes get distracted. What is your relationshp with distraction like?
The words for today day "reclaim agency from the grip of distraction," reminds me that I do have agency to take action in the ways I desire, but I first must be focused on what I desire. The more I move my focus away from distractions, and I don't punish myself for doing so, instead remind myself of what is possible without the distraction, I am distracted less often. It's almost like I shifted where I get my dopamine hit from. It's a life long practice, and I know our world is blessed with the output of our focus and flow.
